A very alien design to human eyes. The cloud eater is the home to a quite large group of space elf nomads.
Cloud eater is completely self sufficient. It most only stop by at a gas giant every now and again to dip it's giant ramscoop into the outer layers to get all the raw materials it needs to last it for relative years of interstellar travel
