I am Captain Spiral Cat and this is the Spiral Cat ship yard. With our discreet location in the Mekeenaba asteroid swarm, technically inside in the Tarazet system but outside the jurisdiction of any relevant space traffic authority, we are ideally place to carry out delicate or confidential alterations and designs without your competitors or any other agency needing to be informed. We have aeons of experience with adding ECM pods, defence systems, hidden cargo areas and all manner of bespoke alterations.
A lot of my long experience of space travel was gained in more unofficial encounters but my name does appear in the records of one recognised star fleet data base. The files concerning the relief operation on Zelteen 4. I know that there has been a little controversy connected with that operation and that some say it was nothing more than a profit motivated blockade run, one thing is clear from the records though a certain Captain Spiral Cat delivered the most cargo in the shortest time and in a ship of his own design.
I am certainly not the least experienced member of the team but I insist that every member of the Spiral Cat Yards crew, whether robot, organic or AI, has hands (or whatever) on experience of space travel technology in demanding situations.
