Here is a list of books that would be useful to anybody wanting to learn
the English Language.
Reading is very important for building vocabulary and for developing a fealing for English. If you want to improve your English you should read some English every day. If you are finding books and articles too difficult then read comic books
Choose a book, newspaper, comic book or magazine that you find interesting, and reading at least a page a day will not feel so bad.
Chose a book with modern language. Shakespear and Dickens can wait, right now you should be reading Crime Thrillers or Science Fiction etc.
The most important thing is that you enjoy it, that way it will happen more often.
