The cliques formed in school can be astonishingly resilient to outside influence and as hard to eradicate as a cockroach and their effect on the art, entertainment and look of society can be profound.
What is government after all except the clique which happend to have gone to a really good school and ended up in charge of the whole country, although they tend to wear gap rather than fashion like g-star raw.
This is fine for the people who give up their souls to the hive mind of the clique but most people, most of the time are going to be on the outside of the clique and the question is, what advice is there which helps you to protect yourself from the clique?
The first thing to do is try to chose the clothes and fashion required, as much as you can without looking like an idiot. Watch a couple of episodes of the in TV show and listen to a couple of the in pop bands just to find out what's going on, even if you prefer classical music and nature shows.
One helpful bit of advice about cliques is that they are easy to spot and to predict. Everyone in the clique wears pretty much the same fashion and they also do pretty much the same thing. They all go to the same places as well which makes avoidance the simplest and most effective strategy for dealing with the clique. Just do not be in the same place as the clique and they need not disturb you as you go about your normal independent life.
Even if the outfit you are wearing isn't really the fashion you would have chosen if it was completely up to you.
